Returns: Fx4boutique.com is committed to customer satisfaction and wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase with us. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, with the exception of items designated as "on sale," within 7 days for swimwear and 14 days for cover-ups and accessories as long as the items are in the same condition as when purchased and all tags are attached. If returned items are not in sellable condition, we reserve the right to send the item(s) back to you. All returns are subject to inspection once received by our returns department. In the event the returned item(s) does not pass the inspection, Fx4boutique will offer a store credit to be used for future purchases on our site. Refunds will be issued based on original price, payment method and does not include shipping charges. Items that are returned for exchange, that are passed our return period, will only be returned for store credit or another exchange. To return items purchased online, simply send your items along with your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. It is recommended that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.

Exchanges: All items are thoroughly inspected by our quality control department before sent out. However, if our quality control department misses a defect or damage on an item that was sent to you, you will need to send an email to returns@fx4boutique.com informing us of the damage on the day you receive the package so that we can contact the vendor immediately. We will offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase for swimwear and 14 days for cover-ups and accessories.

Order Processing: New orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:30am-3:30pm EST except for major holidays. If you place an order after or before this time, it will be processed the next business day. New orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days and delivered with 3-5 business days unless an item is backordered. Items listed as pre-order or backordered will be shipped as soon as they become available. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, we will notify you and will ship your order as soon as the item is available.

Special Orders: Fx4Boutique is happy to special order pieces for you. Please e-mail customerservice@fx4boutique.com for any special size or color requests. Please note that all special orders are non refundable, it may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Signature for Delivery: All items purchased from Fx4boutique.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. In order to prevent the loss, theft or damage of your order, a signature is required upon delivery by our third party carrier. By waiving this option, the recipient becomes solely responsible for the shipment once it has been dropped off by the carrier. Under these circumstances, lost, stolen or otherwise damaged goods will not be reimbursed by either Fx4boutique.com or its designated third party carrier.

Delivery Options: Orders for in stock items will generally arrive within 3-7 business days (depending on location) via standard ground shipping within the continental United States. Delivery times and rates vary for shipments outside of the continental United States including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. Please note that most carriers neither pick-up nor deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays. Expedited shipping, including next day and second day, are also available. Orders with next day shipping are typically received within 1-3 business days, while orders with second day shipping are typically received within 2-5 business days.

International Delivery, Duties, and Taxes: At this time we do not ship to any international addresses except Canada. Please note that orders shipped to Canada will incur additional duties and taxes as established by the Canadian government. These additional fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier and may not be reflected in your total or invoice upon ordering. In this case, we will contact you to make you aware of the additional shipping charges.

Manufacturer Defects: Fx4boutique.com is not responsible for manufacturer defects - All items are checked by our quality control team, however human error can occur and if you should recieve any item with a manufacturer defect, please email us at returns@fx4boutique.com immediately so that we can contact the designer and replace the item pending the availability.  If for some reason the exact item is no longer available, we will contact you to see if you would prefer a refund, store credit or exchange for another similar item from the manufacturer.
